Stores Similar Pottery Barn
Pottery Barn is a great store—there's no doubt about it. Just recently, the major store in my city airtight down, and I was left without an alternative, well, an offline alternative anyway.
However, as an avid virtual window shopper, there are plenty of other stores besides Pottery Barn that I visit and shop at regularly. One of my favorite stores would accept to exist Crate and Butt, which has a very like mode setup with keen effects, article of furniture, and other dwelling house décor.
If you lot know of whatsoever other stores that are not mentioned here, delight become ahead and leave a comment.
viii Slap-up Pottery Barn Alternatives:
- Crate & Butt
- Restoration Hardware
- West Elm
- Amazon
- World Marketplace
- IKEA
- HomeGoods
- Wayfair
one. Crate & Barrel
Crate & Barrel is a cool store to scan. Much like Pottery Barn, I can lose myself and spend an hour walking its aisles or scanning the website's pages. Unlike some of the other stores mentioned here, I tin can actually afford to walk out the door with something new.
Essentially, Crate & Butt is your typical homewares retailer. It has all of the normal stuff: dinner sets, kitchenware, bathroom, and chamber, simply it also has a absurd section on its site called "inspiration," and I'll allow y'all guys bank check it out for yourselves if y'all're interested.
Crate & Barrel has standard aircraft rates of $4.95 with the option of free shop pick-up. Its website also has wedding and baby registries.
2. Restoration Hardware
Aye, Restoration Hardware is ane of my favorite window shopping destinations. It is to me what Tiffany's was to Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". And 1 twenty-four hour period, I will exist able to afford something from that store . . .
I'm fifty-fifty in love with its website. Information technology's and so regal and beautifully designed. And yes, whilst it is very similar to Pottery Befouled in the sense that they both sell piece of furniture, in my opinion, RH is on another level—a level which is, unfortunately, slightly out of my cost range.
Restoration Hardware membership is a steal if you're planning on spending a lot of money there. It's $100 for an annual membership, and that gives you lot 25% off full-price purchases year-round.
Stores like Restoration Hardware and West Elm tin can be pricy, simply you tin can observe good deals on beautiful furniture and home décor if you know how and when to shop.

3. West Elm
I have done a footling shopping at West Elm before, and I can say that it has a great range of mod/mid-century-styled furniture, dwelling house décor, bed, bath, and all the usual stuff. While it is rather on the expensive side, some of its items are just too good to pass upwardly (and its merch is of the highest quality).
West Elm is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for something similar to Pottery Barn; even so, those living frugally probably won't find much to suit their price range. Students do get an in-shop discount of 15%, and design professionals become a 20% disbelieve.
Toll-wise, I'd definitely give the edge to Pottery Barn, which at least has some low-end stuff to offering. At West Elm, on the other mitt, exist prepared to part with $500–1000 for that cease tabular array you like. West Elm does offer a credit card with various cash-dorsum offers and other rewards.

You can enroll in its rewards program, separate from the credit card, which is called The Primal. The sign-up is gratuitous, and yous go three% cashback on all purchases.
West Elm too offers gratis pattern and installation consultations with an expert to assist you in a program chosen Design Crew.
iv. Amazon
If all else fails, you can find it on Amazon. Amazon isn't a dedicated furniture shop, and information technology definitely isn't as stylish as some of these other stores, just it stocks merely almost everything and is often pretty difficult to crush on the price tag.
Its domicile decor department is pretty huge, and if you have the patience to narrow down your searches, you lot can discover some actually overnice stuff.
The downside to ownership furniture on Amazon is that you'll most likely have to gather information technology yourself (similar IKEA furniture). The upside, nonetheless, is that it's like shooting fish in a barrel to render items on Amazon if they don't suit your fancy.
5. World Market
I only recently discovered World Market, and I'm a fan. It stocks indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, and kitchenware that is reasonably priced—much more and so if yous just buy items that are on auction.
While Pottery Barn is a much bigger store and has a bigger range of prices and styles, Globe Market tends to list fewer, more rustic pieces.
Toll-wise, Pottery Barn is the more expensive shop, in the sense that its highest price tags are generally triple those of World Market. At that place's typically a "sold as is" section almost the front of the shop where you can discover lightly scratched or dented furniture items for a lower price.
IKEA is known for its minimalist aesthetic.

half dozen. IKEA
IKEA is legendary for being i of the nigh entertaining article of furniture and home goods stores to visit. It's known for its endless passages; trendy, minimalist designs; affordable, do-it-yourself furniture; and, of course, its meatballs.
You lot could easily get lost in an IKEA, only yous're also probably going to find what you lot're looking for (or something similar) no affair what it is. IKEA is a great option for higher students, immature people, or anyone else looking to save a cadet by assembling their own article of furniture without sacrificing too much in the quality department.
IKEA, similar Amazon, has plenty of DIY furniture options. In that regard, you lot can save a lot of greenbacks compared to some of the other, pricier options on this list.
vii. HomeGoods
HomeGoods is a peachy store for bargain-hunting shoppers. The inventory is constantly à la Tuesday Morning, and you tin can e'er detect items at discounted prices.
The store doesn't sell items online, simply it does have an app chosen "The Goods" where you can follow local stores and check out upcoming deals and new items. In addition, you lot can get pretty good deals in-store, including ruddy-tag discounts and deals on damaged items (simply ask the manager).
A side annotation: HomeGoods is known for its jotter, so if you demand to option up some greeting cards forth with your furniture, you might desire to brand it your first stop.
Many of these stores take keen deals for bargain-hunters too as quality, aesthetically pleasing décor anyone tin can bask.

eight. Wayfair
Wayfair has tons of options for buying online furniture. It'southward known for its variety and beautiful décor, and although it'southward pricier than some of the other stores on this list, it does ofttimes run sales across its departments.
Its website has a feature chosen "Get Inspired" that allows you to search for inspiration past type of room or style. You can as well browse its "Idea Boards," which work sort of similar Pinterest to give yous ideas for your own creative décor endeavors.
